001 The number one rule is to not overthink it. This event is not about perfection, it is not about being the best. It is about looking back on the past five years of Cyberpunk and enjoying the journey we've all made together. Let go of the idea of perfection. Cyberpunk 2077 sure wasn't perfect when it first released! 002 There is no one way to answer a prompt and you do not have to answer a prompt the same way every time. You can do virtual photography and write one day. You can just write a piece to accompany the next day. You can even do just a silly shitpost in MS Paint if you like. How you experienced that journey belongs to you and you alone. 003 All work must your original work. We also encourage you to not simply reuse old works to fill a prompt. If you think you have something that may fit a prompt - use it as a way to rework it! Take the picture again with the new skills you have, rewrite the fic with a new perspective! And, if you're really stumped for a day's prompt: come back to it later. It will still be there. 004 Support others. This is a community event. While our individual V's and OC's are the main characters in our own heads - remember that the community is wide and vast and everyone deserves a turn in the spotlight. Take this event as a reason to enjoy what other's have created in the world of Cyberpunk, don't just focus on those you already know. Reblog, repost - COMMENT what you enjoy! The general theme of the event is following the The Fool's Journey in relation to V and the plot of Cyberpunk 2077. Each prompt is assigned a Tarot Card to offer further inspiration for fulfilling it, though you are by no means required to utilize tarot in your prompts. If you feel a different card resonates more with a day's prompt than the one assigned to it - please by all means use that card as inspiration instead!The prompts will release advent calendar style - meaning one prompt a day, to help you focus and not worry about the rest of the month.
